This is an example ePoster template only. You can add/move text boxes, figures and tables or change the graphics as you wish.
The format of your poster presentation is up to you, but ensure to limit it to a single slide.
Your abstract and contact email will be available to delegates alongside your Poster PDF and presentation. No need to take up space including these in the ePoster itself.
An poster is a visual medium that you use to communicate a key idea related to your research. It presents that idea in a verbal and graphic way. Unlike a purely oral presentation, a poster does (most) of your talking – but the great thing about the OnAIR portal is your poster will can be enhanced by an on-demand recorded presentation element. Plus on the platform it can gain more exposure and reach a greater audience than never before!
There are several advantages to presenting a poster:
- The ePosters format is built to be a presentation similar to a poster presentation at a face to face meeting.
- Posters can be viewed at any time. Your ePoster will be available for viewing throughout the ASM in the dedicated Poster Gallery in addition to being live one week prior and 1 month after!
- Viewers can “absorb” the presentation in their own time/way.
Electronic posters will be available for viewing for the duration of the symposium in the Poster Gallery. Posters will also be made available to be viewed 1 week prior to the ASM and 1 month after the symposium in the platform.
The layout of your ePoster is at your discretion, however, brevity and clarity are the essence of a good ePoster. The aim of ePosters is to display your project or an idea in a concise form, enabling delegates to grasp the essentials of the subject in a short time frame.
