Enhancing your productivity risk chain by defining your total cost of people risk

Danni Hocking, AON Risk Solutions

Abstract

In this session you will gain insights into how a ‘people risk approach’ is holistic and requires the creation of a Workforce Risk Strategy ensuring your productivity remains intact, and the potential for hidden costs are removed. We will analyse the economic impact of direct and indirect people costs and examine the risk implications. By linking HR with strategic health and wellness we will explore how to implement risk mitigation strategies to enhance workforce health, productivity and reduce absence. This type of approach leads to a greater understanding of how risks impact productivity and profitability within an organisation.
