Biography

Enid is a strategic thinker and experienced management consultant bringing to the table broad executive capabilities across; business strategy, human capital management, organisational change and information technology.  Her experience covers the private, public and not-for-profit sectors.

Enid is focused on the workforce of the future and assisting her clients to navigate digital disruption to not just adapt and adopt, but to excel in the digital world.  She is passionate about the achievement of a more engaged and productive workforce and enhanced business and social outcomes through the adoption of new technologies and transformational change.

Enid is dedicated to supporting her clients on workforce and talent management challenges and working with senior management teams to ensure they effectively lead their organisations through digital and cultural change.  She has managed multi-million dollar projects of multi-disciplined teams in large and complex organisations.

Enid is the Lead Deloitte Human Capital Partner for the Public Sector in Queensland and an active supporter of women in technology, ICT skills and career development for students, and an active mentor.

Enid holds a Master of Business Administration and Bachelor of Applied Science (Computing).
