He is a positive thinker and very good at managing risk for small to medium level business organization. In his current role as an Executive Director he has developed short to medium term Business Strategy, Marketing Plan, Human Resource Management Strategy and Business expansion Strategy. Within five years, KBA Global has six offices in Nepal, three offices in Australia and one office in Philippines. KBA Global has team of 40 staffs and serving thousands of customers. KBA Global has plan to increase its client base dramatically in future.
He is very positive minded person and always became the motivational power of his staffs. He believes in team work, good work environment, good work ethics, and always tries to make work and life balance. All these things are equally important for staffs. So, he believes in ” if you care your staff they care your business”. So, it means for executives, they need to create an environment where the employees feel like it is their organization and make themselves responsive, accountable and trust worthy.
In his previous role, he used to write policies and procedures related with information security strategy, security audit, and management of information assets. He wrote several policies and procedure for firewalls and its management.
Shambhu holds Graduate Certificate in Migration Law (Australian National University), Master in information technology (University of Southern Queensland) and Bachelor in Computer Application (Pokhara University). He has completed several trainings on Cross Cultural Management, Human Resource Management and many others.
