The Campus Assessment Response & Education (C.A.R.E.) Program is a global Alphabet initiative tasked with preventing and mitigating the risk of harm to Googlers and the workplace, and ensuring support is provided to all those impacted by a threat of harm to self or other in the workplace. The presentation will describe the history and development of the C.A.R.E. Program, and the way in which our multidisciplinary cross-functional threat assessment team works together throughout the lifecycle of a case. We will share global trends and patterns, as well as regional differences noted in APAC/EMEA/NorAm/LatAm. We will discuss current challenges to implementing effective threat assessment and management, as well as future aspirations for the C.A.R.E. Program
